  • We gladly accept rush projects, with turnaround times as short as one day or less. Please note that for such expedited timelines, a 25% rush charge will apply, as we prioritize your project by slowing down other projects to meet your deadline.

  • While we will digitize projects as small as a single item, we have a minimum project charge of $25.

  • Your memories do NOT leave our care: Your photographs, films and family memories are precious. We handle your materials personally and keep them within our care throughout your project.

  • Local and Personal: Appointment-based drop-off and pickup are available in Sammamish, Washington and Depoe Bay, Oregon.

  • Local Pickup Available: If visiting our studio isn't feasible, we can arrange pickup from your location. A small travel fee applies.

  • Free Intake Inspection: We'll inspect your materials, discuss your options and confirm pricing before work begins.
