Professional overhead digitization station featuring a DSLR on a vertical column, aimed at a gridded cutting mat with taped registration marks. Dual LED panels provide cross-lighting, and surrounding tools include a keyboard, ruler, and monitor.

Standard size photos

  • $0.60/image - Groups of ‘ready to scan photos smaller than 5”x7”

  • $1.00/image - Items 5”x7” through 8”x10”

  • $1.50/image (starting) - Items larger than 8”x10”. Price will vary depending on the actual size.

  • Note: These prices are based on a count of 50 items. Smaller quantities will have a higher rate.

Pre-1960s random sized prints requiring special processing

  • Starting at $1.00/image for items smaller than 5”x7”

Negatives and Slides

  • Slides - $0.60/image

  • Negative strips/rolls - $0.75/image

  • Individual Negatives - $1.00/image

Prints, books, journals, children’s art, scrapbooks, news clippings, posters, blueprints, memorabilia, and more

  • Individually priced based on the size of the original, starting at $1.25/image for items 8 1/2” x 11” or smaller

Video and Audio tapes/discs

  • $20/tape or disc (any length)

    Audio cassette, Reel to Reel, VHS, Betamax, VHS-C, MiniDV, Hi8, MiniDVD, DVD, and more. (PAL and NTSC) Non-commercial items only.

8mm & 16mm film

  • Starting at $25 for a 3” reel (silent)

Priced by the foot, sound additional. Non-commercial film only.
