I started The Picture Org(anizer) because I kept meeting people with the same quiet dread: a closet full of photo albums, a shoebox of slides, a drawer of VHS tapes — memories they knew mattered, but didn't have the time, tools, or patience to save themselves. I wanted to build a team that could take that weight off their hands and hand it back as something they could actually enjoy again.

My background is in program management — over 25 years of organizing complicated projects for the technology industry. I bring that same discipline here: careful workflows, color-accurate scanning, and a system for tracking every photo, negative, and tape that comes through the door. But the bigger reason I do this work is personal. I care about your family's history the way I care about my own.

That's also why I've pursued certifications most digitization services skip — I'm a Certified Professional Photo Manager, a certified Mylio Photos consultant, and a recognized Privacy Advocate through The Photo Managers. Those credentials aren't decoration; they're a promise that your photos are handled with real expertise and real respect for your privacy, start to finish.

We work with families throughout the greater Puget Sound region — from Seattle and the Eastside, south to Renton and Maple Valley, east into the valley towns, and north past Everett — as well as across the water to the Kitsap Peninsula, often in person, so you can see exactly how your memories are cared for. We're also proud to now serve the Oregon Coast along the Highway 101 corridor, from Seaside to Coos Bay, with a base in Depoe Bay.
