Organization, Photo Restoration, and Creative Services

  • Digital and Physical Photo Curation & Organization: $75 / hour (De-duplication, folder structure, metadata tagging)

  • Digital Photo Restoration: $75 / photo (Repairing tears, cracks, color stains & severe fading. Prints at standard rates.)

  • Custom Hardcover Photo Books: Starting at $150 (Design, curation, and archival layout, printed copies not included)

  • Custom Video Slideshows: Starting at $150 (Custom transitions, music timing, HD export)

Print and Memorabilia Digitizing

  • Loose Groups of similar sized prints (below 5×7): $0.60 / scan (600 PPI archival quality)

  • Random sized groups of loose prints requiring special handling (primarily pre-1980s and odd sizes): $1.00 / scan (600 PPI archival quality)

  • Large prints (5×7 through 8×10): $1.00 / scan (600 PPI archival quality)

  • Larger prints (above 8×10 through 12×12): $2.00 / scan (600 PPI archival quality)

  • Very Large prints (above 12×12): starting at $5.00 / scan (600 PPI archival quality)

  • Posters: $60.00 / scan (600 PPI archival quality)

  • Individual prints mounted to an album page (removable or non-removable): $0.25 added to standard rates

Movie Film Digitizing, CD/DVD/Floppy, Video and Audio Tape Transfers

  • Movie Film Reels - no sound (8mm / 16mm): $0.33 / foot (MP4 digital files) 3” reel = 50 ft; 7” reel = 400 ft

  • Videotapes (VHS, MiniDV, Hi8, VHS-C): $20 / tape (MP4 digital files)

  • Audio Cassettes & Reel-to-Reel Tapes: $20 / tape (MP3 digital files)
