Refund Policy

If a tool isn't right for you, we'll refund it within 14 days of purchase.

Every tool has a free 21-day trial, so we hope you'll know how it fits before you buy. If something still isn't working for you, email info@thepictureorg.com or reply to your receipt within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no questions needed, though we'd love to hear what didn't work so we can fix it.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our reseller, back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. After a refund, your license key stops working in future updates.
