We made these tools for our own digitization studio. Each one takes a slow, repetitive job off the bench and does it well, so more time goes to the photos and memories themselves.
Squarewell™
Your scans, squared away.
Scanning a shoebox of prints or a tray of slides is the quick part. Cropping and straightening every frame by hand is what eats the weekend. Squarewell looks at each scan, finds every picture on it, and sets a clean, straight crop, trimming white borders if you like. It even flags the ones that look sideways.

Pivotwell™
Every photo, right way up.
Phones and cameras don't always record which way is up, so family collections fill with sideways portraits and upside-down birthday cakes. Pivotwell looks at the faces, sky and scene in every photo and tells you which ones need a quarter turn or a flip. You stay in charge: it only turns copies, never your originals.

Spoolwell™
From tape to file, with nothing lost.
Once a VHS, Hi8 or MiniDV tape is captured, the real work starts: checking the files, joining clips, cutting out blue screen, and splitting two hours of tape into the moments that matter. Spoolwell handles all of it while keeping the picture exactly as captured wherever it can and the sound in step with it.

Sweepwell™
Sweep out the empty folders.
Years of imports, exports and reshuffling leave a photo drive littered with empty folders that clutter every search and backup. Sweepwell finds every empty folder inside the one you choose, shows you the full list, and removes them only after you say yes.

Labelwell™
Every caption, kept with its photo.
Grandma's note on the white border or the slip tucked beside a photo on an album page is often the only record of who, where and when. Labelwell reads that writing and puts it in each photo's caption in Lightroom, so the story travels with the picture instead of staying in a box.
