Fast turnaround for a special event

John not only got the videos converted the next day, he was also very responsive about making some tweaks to the output at my request. He's very knowledgeable about media technology and formats, and a super nice guy. I appreciate that lives in my neighborhood (Sammamish), which made it super convenient for me to drop off the videos. He also works out of his home, which means he's not paying for a storefront and can pass on cost savings to his customers. I think $20 for a high quality digital copy of a vhs video is a deal (I don't even have a vhs machine anymore!). Thanks, John!
